Terms of Service
Using the service
Free PDF Tools provides browser-based utilities for working with PDF files, free of charge. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
The service is provided for lawful personal and professional use. You remain responsible for the files you process and for having the right to work with them — in particular documents that contain personal data or confidential information.
Your files stay yours
We claim no license and no ownership over anything you process. Since processing happens entirely in your browser, we never receive your files in the first place — there is nothing to license to us.
No warranty
The tools are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. PDF is a complex format and documents in the wild vary enormously; while we test against real-world files, we cannot guarantee that every tool produces the result you expect for every document. Keep your originals until you have checked the output.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Free PDF Tools and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including lost data, lost profit or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes and availability
We may add, change or remove tools and features at any time, and we may interrupt the service for maintenance. These terms may be updated; the date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Using the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
